How to Spend Kolya Points

After accumulating a certain amount of Kolya Points, you can use them towards a purchase by redeeming the points through the Kolya Loyalty Program tab and you will receive the code immediately, as well as an email with your Kolya Points code to redeem at checkout.

How do I spend my Kolya Points?

You can spend your Kolya Points by clicking on the Kolya Loyalty Program tab (while logged into your customer account). Then, under the Rewards section, you can click “Redeem” next to the reward you’d like to claim - you will receive a code to use towards your next online purchase.

How much does it cost to join?

Absolutely nothing. This is our way of giving back to you for your love and support with regard to our online store.

Is there a limit to how many Kolya Points I can get?

Not at all. Though there are certain restrictions (like “Liking” our Facebook page only once), you can share on social media as many times as you’d like, write reviews, refer friends, and more. You can see all the ways to earn points above!

What can I spend my Kolya Points on?

Pretty much anything on our online shop! Due to contractual obligations, we are unable to offer discounts to Max and Me, Ayuna,  Vintner’s Daughter, and Pura Botanicals. However, any natural skincare, eco-products and DIY botanical ingredients and tools are eligible to be discounted.

Please note: our Rewards Program points can only be gained and redeemed through our online store. This is not in conjunction with our in-store Loyalty Program. 

Please note: To ensure you receive points after purchase on your first order, we recommend creating an account before proceeding to checkout. In some cases, creating an account during checkout will result in your points being lost as the order may be processed before the account is created. If you think you missed out on points due to this, send us an email at shop@kolyanaturals.com and we can manually add the appropriate points for your first order.
